Coworth Park is seeking a skilled Guest Services Coordinator Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Guest Service Receptionists and assist with issues that may arise.
  • Assist with Check-in and Check-out processes.
  • Supervise billing and ensure folios are up to date and accurate.
  • Liaise directly with VIP guests to ensure their needs are met.
  • Deal promptly and effectively with any guest concerns.
  • Conduct shift handovers with the Guest Service Manager.
  • Assist the Guest Service Managers as needed.
  • Identify training needs of Guest Service Coordinators and communicate these to management.
  • Carry out on-the-job training with Guest Service Receptionists.
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel.
Requirements
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Experience with Opera.
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Team player.
