Position Overview: Are you a seasoned Registered Manager in the field of Domiciliary Care? Thendon Resourcing Limited presents an excellent opportunity to oversee a dedicated domiciliary care service that caters to vulnerable children and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance the existing care service, primarily serving private clients while also being part of a broader framework for potential expansion.
  • Lead a stable and skilled team, ensuring a positive environment for both staff and clients.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including CQC, while fostering relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including financial management and staff support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager, with a background in managing a homecare service.
  • Consideration will be given to highly experienced Deputy Managers who have acted in a managerial capacity and possess a strong understanding of CQC standards.

Additional Requirements:

  • A successful track record in expanding a domiciliary care agency.
  • Possession of QCF Level 5 or NVQ Level 4 in leadership and management within social care.

Compensation: An attractive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 is offered for this managerial role in domiciliary care.
