Restaurant General Manager | Hospitality | Exmouth | Salary up to £40,000 plus generous bonus

Zachary Daniels is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our premium fast-paced restaurant in Exmouth. With a salary of up to £40,000 plus an impressive bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a dynamic work environment.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, sales growth, and team development. You will be the face of the business, leading from the front and embodying the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer service excellence across the site.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and ensure site profitability.
  • Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Maintain company and brand standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed store and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on the floor, leading by example.
  • High level of operational, leadership, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
