About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Housekeeper to join our team at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular room checks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and maintain accurate records of inventory and maintenance.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance department.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure efficient service delivery.
