Job Title: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Bankside Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and linen management.
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage guest requests and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
