Job Title: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Bankside Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and linen management.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the maintenance department.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer operating skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
