Position Overview:
A prominent client in the Harlow region is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to enhance their team.

This is a full-time role operating from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, offering a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities as an HR Administrator will encompass the following:

  • Managing the offer process, which includes obtaining necessary approvals, drafting contracts and offer letters using established templates, updating the offer tracking spreadsheet, and dispatching offers.
  • Issuing internal notifications as required.
  • Processing returned forms from prospective employees, including data entry into databases and systems, and setting up payroll information.
  • Conducting reference checks following established protocols, including DBS and credit checks when necessary.
  • Handling new starter communications and documenting responses.
  • Addressing resignations by managing exit-related funds, processing refunds as needed, and coordinating with payroll.
  • Responding to reference requests for departing staff.
  • Logging feedback from exit interviews.
  • Updating systems with changes of assignment and other relevant information.
  • Generating absence reports and ensuring completion of self-certifications.
  • Identifying and flagging excessive absenteeism.
  • Preparing documentation for performance and salary reviews.
  • Updating spreadsheets in anticipation of system implementations.
  • Assisting with system rollouts.
  • Maintaining organization charts as required.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by posting job openings on various platforms, liaising with recruitment agencies, logging CVs, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback, primarily for office-based positions.
