We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, with a focus on payroll, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Process payroll for approximately 200 employees on a weekly basis, including processing, reporting, reconciliation, audit support, and payroll changes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the HR team and on-site leadership to drive business objectives and improve employee engagement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Utilize Workday to manage HR processes and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- 3+ years of experience in HR and generalist roles, with a focus on payroll and employee relations
- Strong understanding of HR principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Workday and other HR software
