As a Relief Extra Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients on both emotional and practical levels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with daily living needs such as personal care, household duties, medication management, and healthy living practices.
  • Encouraging engagement with the local community and fostering social connections.
  • Working collaboratively with our dedicated staff team to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all clients.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Creative Support offers comprehensive induction programs to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional support and further your professional development.
