As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of these vulnerable individuals. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering comprehensive support to UASC and refugee young people.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and adhering to established procedures.
  • Evaluating, monitoring, and reviewing social care needs.
  • Collaborating effectively with users, carers, relatives, and various agencies to enhance service development.
Key Decision-Making Areas:
  • Determining priorities and eligibility criteria for support services.
  • Selecting the most appropriate service provision based on individual needs.
  • Creating comprehensive care plans within the legal framework.
  • Managing day-to-day case activities to ensure smooth operations.

This position requires a criminal records check and references prior to interview.
