Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Support and work with UASC and refugee young people and children, including placements, assessments, and case management.
- Use professional knowledge to assess, monitor, and review social care needs of individuals, relatives, and carers.
- Work in partnership with users, carers, relatives, and other agencies to identify current and future service requirements.
- Contribute to service development and improvement within the scope of the role.
- Qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in working with children and families.
- Highly skilled at building meaningful relationships with children and families to engage them in assessments and plans.
- Ability to travel to various locations within Hampshire and surrounding areas.
- Current drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle.
