We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Officer to join our team at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. As a key member of our People team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Support the People team with administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, HR record-keeping, and compliance.
- Be the first point of contact for internal queries related to the People and Culture team.
- Provide proactive and efficient administrative support across all People and Culture processes and projects.
- Assist with ER issues and ensure all case details are recorded and logged accordingly.
- Be involved with the Social and Wellness committee and assist with planning and implementing initiatives.
- Compile and analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Knowledge of Fourth Hospitality is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Experience in HR Administration, ideally within hospitality.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Salary up to £30,000 plus service charge of up to £8,000 per annum and benefits.
