Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Executive to join our dynamic team at Career Moves Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that prioritizes people and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee information, data, and systems.
  • Provide comprehensive support across the business in all aspects of People & Culture communications and employee touchpoints.
  • Design and implement innovative people initiatives and projects in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage the Employee Lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement annual training plans to instill a growth mindset culture and continually develop high-performing teams.
  • Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a 2-day in-office requirement.
