Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Marketing Lead to support Gatehouse Property Management's ambitious growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orchestrating and implementing various marketing strategies simultaneously. This role requires a balance of daily marketing operations and long-term planning, thriving under tight deadlines to cater to the unique and evolving needs of each property.

Key Objectives

  • Define market positioning, identify target demographics, and formulate marketing strategies with clear objectives across diverse channels.
  • Evaluate insights, consumer behavior, market trends, and marketing best practices to devise effective strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze performance reports across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign enhancements and presenting this data in monthly reports for senior leadership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and oversee all social media content for our portfolio of properties, aiming to enhance visibility.
  • Direct creative efforts to fulfill objectives for all promotional and public-facing communications, including print and digital materials, brochures, and video content.
  • Craft, schedule, and optimize impactful email marketing campaigns that drive lead generation while adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management team to create marketing initiatives, develop a comprehensive marketing plan, and coordinate regular meetings to discuss upcoming events, social media strategies, and necessary marketing resources.
  • Generate content to support lead generation for senior management, the Leasing Manager, and Centre Managers, including presentations, brochures, flyers, website content, case studies, graphics, and other relevant materials.
  • Build relationships with tenants to ensure online content remains pertinent to the property and beneficial for both the property and tenants.
  • Oversee, maintain, and enhance all client websites.
  • Work alongside the Leasing Manager to create marketing materials for available units, including photography, videography, and brochures, while ensuring optimal promotion through various channels.
  • Manage Google Business profiles for all properties within the portfolio.
  • Stay informed about marketing and digital trends and best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mindset with a creative flair.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media, SEO, copywriting, and brand management.
  • Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
