About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at McQueens Dairies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our email marketing efforts and supporting our team across online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Copywriting: You will produce high-quality copy, working closely with the team to understand processes and promotions, and how best to deliver them to customers. You'll understand our brand, its values and where we sit in the market, ensuring emails are written with the right tone and context.
  • Creative: You will design engaging emails that flow, and fit your copy - to create converting emails to increase tenure, acquisition, winback and average basket spend.
  • Flows: Alongside campaign work and keeping our list warm, you'll also maintain and continue to improve our flows, that service the key parts of our customer journey.
  • Data & Analysis: Your work results will be fuelled with a mixture of qualitative and quantitative data, and it will be your responsibility to share that data, and make decisions on next steps, and prioritising needs within communication channels.
  • E-commerce: Finally, you'll support the Marketing efforts overall by helping push forward our exciting web roadmap, which depending on experience may include landing page building, product description re-writing, SEO based content creation and more.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp etc) and strategies.
  • You are a great copywriter with ideas for days to craft campaigns and flows.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design customisation (but if you can make it look great with minimal customisation, even better)
  • Familiarity with managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify)
