Architextures Software Limited: Seeking a Founding Growth Marketing Manager

Architextures is a leading web app used by over half a million designers to discover and download materials for construction drawings and 3D models. Material manufacturers also leverage the platform to generate digital files for their products and showcase them to a wider audience.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled founding Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive significant growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, including paid, social media, and CRM. You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with the Founder to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the performance of digital marketing channels
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance across the funnel
  • Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies for our core Texture Library aimed at Designers
  • Oversee ad unit development, testing, and analysis for continuous improvement
  • Manage the company newsletter and blog, create and oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring regular content that engages our audience, drives traffic, and supports overall growth strategies
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of SaaS experience in a B2B growth marketing role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Experience with at least two of the following marketing channels (advertising, social media, CRM/lifecycle, content, SEO)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Graphic design skills are a bonus but not required
