Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist Support Worker to join our team at Trident Housing Association Limited. As a Casual Specialist Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective support and interventions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in mental health support or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
