About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Sales professional to join our team at Pegasus Homes, a dynamic and innovative business that specializes in designing, building, and creating high-quality homes for independent later living.

As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with prospective owners, and showcasing the benefits of our developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through knowledgeable demonstrations of our developments, lifestyle, and amenities during viewings
  • Network with local groups, clubs, and societies to forge links and offer invitations to events
  • Make suggestions on local marketing and PR events and opportunities
  • Work through our extensive database of customers interested in our developments
  • Cross-sell alternative developments that may suit a customer's requirements more closely
  • Follow due diligence processes when taking a reservation to ensure affordability and work closely with the Sales Progressor to achieve agreed completion dates
  • Call or meet with Estate Agents on a weekly basis, pushing for leads to be passed across
  • Monitor development Rightmove & company website listings to ensure information is correct and reflects the site well
  • Sales office and show apartment kept to a high standard of presentation at all times
About You

You will be an experienced Property Sales professional with estate agency, new homes, or developer experience. Ideally, you will have experience of selling high-end properties and have experience or interest in the later living sector.

  • Good knowledge of the local property market and our competitors
  • Excellent relationship building skills at all levels with the ability to display empathy and understanding
  • Experience of property sales or lettings is essential; this may have been gained by working for the new homes division of an estate agency, or directly for a developer
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and/or rental targets
  • Highly professional & well-presented
  • Strong IT skills with experience of using CRM systems (we use Google Workspace & Salesforce)
  • 5x GCSE's Grade 'C' or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • A sales qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
