About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Central Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team at IRIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and creating tailored sales proposals for our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for new sales prospects and customers, ensuring a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Solution Development: Utilise your expertise in Business Central to understand client needs, create tailored solutions, and develop relevant proposals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to meet strict deadlines for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs), addressing all functional requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Support customers, prospects, and the New Business Sales Team by presenting the products and building strong business cases and ROI proposals.
- Proof of Concepts: Deliver accurate and comprehensive Proof of Concepts to clients within designated timeframes.
- Product Demonstrations: Assist in creating informative, engaging, and customized product demonstrations.
- Technical Qualification: Provide technical qualification for Business Central sales opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Business Development: Develop strong technical relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Performance Metrics: Work to specific targets to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, aligned with Company goals.
- Time Management: Manage shifting priorities and demands effectively through excellent time management.
