Job Title: Sales Progressor

Location: Our company has multiple branches across the West Midlands area, and you will be based at the one closest to you.

Salary: Basic up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

OTE: £32,000- £34,000

Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Sales Progressor in a reputable Estate Agency

Main Purpose of Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's Sales Transaction Coordination pipeline and offers spread across the West Midlands area. Compliance checks for each sale for both parties will be an essential part of the role.
  • Take on the task of moving a property sale through to exchange of contracts and completion, once an offer is accepted.
  • Liaise with both the buyer and seller, solicitors instructed for each party, mortgage brokers, and other parties related to a sale.
  • Communicate with all other estate agents involved in the chain.
  • Proactively manage the sale of a property on a case-by-case basis, ensuring the journey from offer acceptance to exchange of contracts happens effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide essential support and backup to the sales team, ensuring the sales pipeline progresses efficiently.
  • Upsell some of our recommended financial services and solicitors when required.
  • Update and maintain notes for your portfolio via our internal database/system and keep clients fully up to date with the progress.
  • Full training will be given on all systems as well as training to be able to put together the marketing details of our current property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Sales Progressor in a reputable Estate Agency.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized individual.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in using internal systems.
  • Professional and work to high customer service levels.
  • Excellent telephone skills and ability to work under pressure.
