About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Capita Pensions Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile pension projects and driving the direction of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on projects and manage/mentor a team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of pension schemes, including DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, and their system and process implications.
  • Provide expert advice on pension member records, relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds, and investments.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of pension/employee benefit technology platforms and their configuration and use.
  • Design and implement automated Excel calculators with basic formulas and use filters, sorting, pivot tables, lookups, control totals, IF, and nested IF statements.
  • Produce specifications and requirements documents for system configuration and testing.
