Job Title: Implementation Consultant

Beeline is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading client demos, gathering business requirements, and designing workshops to ensure a deep understanding of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client demos and business requirement gathering sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of our technology.
  • Design and deliver workshops to clients to align with their business needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to present best practice workflows and address client business challenges.
  • Conduct user requirements analysis, lead business process design sessions, and identify gaps, risks, and issues during software implementation.
  • Translate business processes and requirements into detailed process flow documentation, solution designs, and technical configurations.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, including data staging, issue resolution, and ensuring all client business requirements are met in the system setup.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven implementation experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments within software implementation.
  • Deadline-oriented and able to manage priorities within a fast-paced agile environment.
