About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Capita Pensions Solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our pension solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on projects and manage/mentor a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of pension schemes, including DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, and their administration and system implications
  • Explain pension member records, their setup, and relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds, and investments
  • Describe different types of pension schemes and member statuses, and applicable calculations for each
  • Demonstrate knowledge of system setup and use of parameters
  • Develop and maintain strong MS Excel skills, including drafting automated calculators and using filters, sorting, pivot tables, and formatting cells
  • Support the technical development of our technology platforms through participation in analysis and design, and specification production for new and/or enhanced developments
