What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple complex projects or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
  • Fluency in German and English.
