About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Beeline. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading client demos, business requirement gathering sessions, and design workshops to ensure a deep understanding of our technology.

This is a 12-month fixed contract, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discussions with customer subject matter experts to document current and future business processes.
  • Gather and design high-quality functional solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to present best practice workflows and address client business challenges.
  • Conduct user requirements analysis, lead business process design sessions, and identify gaps, risks, and issues during software implementation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business design deliverables, providing solution design support as needed.
  • Translate business processes and requirements into detailed process flow documentation, solution designs, and technical configurations.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, including data staging, issue resolution, and ensuring all client business requirements are met in the system setup.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven implementation experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments within software implementation.
  • Proficient in the discovery process and consultative proposition.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deadline-oriented and able to manage priorities within a fast-paced agile environment.
