Portfolio Manager

At Primark, we're looking for a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transformation team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Primark's portfolio management processes for all transformation initiatives across the business.
  • Develop a clear, prioritized enterprise-wide portfolio and transformation roadmap, driving optimal value for the organization.
  • Capture, collate, and prioritize the demand of transformation programs in conjunction with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Oversight and management of prioritization processes to ensure the portfolio is aligned to strategic priorities and investments.
  • Support and facilitate business stakeholders in quality decision-making.
  • Track dependencies, issues, and risks across the enterprise-wide portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Significant portfolio management and business planning experience gained through complex and varied environments.
  • Educated to degree level and at least 7 years' experience in a PMO/portfolio environment.
  • Formal project management or portfolio management qualification (PfMP/PMP/IPMA/PRINCE 2 Practitioner).
  • Experience working with teams using various change frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Experience using PPM tools, e.g., Planview.
