Clark Wood - Tax Recruitment
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director or Director to join our team in Reading, Berkshire. As a key member of our Corporate Tax team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, including OMBs, SMEs, and multinational companies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in UK corporate tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning, and succession planning. You will also have a thorough understanding of transfer pricing and other cross-border taxes.
As a Corporate Tax Associate Director or Director, you will work closely with our Partners to develop and implement business growth strategies, taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team. You will also have the autonomy to shape the team's growth strategy and contribute to the development of our Corporate Tax offering.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing a team and delivering high-quality professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
The local Reading office is commutable from areas across Berkshire and Hampshire, including Newbury, Slough, Swindon, Oxford, Bracknell, and Maidenhead.
