Corporate Tax Associate Director or Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Associate Director or Director to join our team at Clark Wood - Tax Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax planning and advisory, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work to clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing expert advice on corporate tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing, and other cross-border taxes.

As a key member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, growing business for the Corporate Tax offering, and working closely with our partners to develop the team's growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience, a thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues, and the ability to work autonomously to deliver high-quality work to clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to partner at the firm, with a clear defined pathway of development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on corporate tax issues
  • Grow business for the Corporate Tax offering
  • Work closely with our partners to develop the team's growth strategy
  • Deliver high-quality work to clients, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • ACA &/or CTA qualification
  • Strong background in corporate tax planning and advisory
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work to clients
  • Excellent technical skills and experience
  • Thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
