About the Role
- Oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, providing expert tax guidance and support to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare and review income tax computations and personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage P11D's, CIS, PSA's, and ERS returns, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
- Review statutory accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance financial performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise explanations of tax-related matters and overseeing the compliance process.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and confidence.
- As the role progresses, engage in tax planning and offer advisory services to clients in collaboration with senior managers, directors, or tax partners, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
- Hold a CTA or ACA qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in tax law and practice.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in tax practice, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
