We are seeking a trustworthy and diligent Spa Attendant, responsible for maintaining the comfort and safety of our guests in the fitness center, swimming pool, and other recreational areas. A strong commitment to outstanding customer service is crucial. While relevant experience and certifications are advantageous, we are open to training the right candidate.
You should be capable of following directions and collaborating within a team, while also demonstrating the confidence to take initiative when addressing challenges. Effective communication skills and a positive demeanor are essential, along with punctuality and personal organization. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is required.
Key responsibilities include preparing the spa and leisure facilities daily, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be expected to promote the leisure club consistently and adhere to all policies and procedures. Depending on qualifications, you may assist with swimming instruction and serve as a lifeguard and first aid responder.
