  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

About You:

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Management and Professional Cookery qualification at level 2 or above.
