Food Service and Hospitality Manager

Get Golfing CIO is seeking an experienced Food Service and Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train F&B staff to provide high-quality service to customers.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors' activities and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
