Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Service and Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training F&B staff, ensuring they provide a high standard of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers.
    • Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
  • Inventory Management and Control
    • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Customer Concerns and Complaints
    • Handle customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotions
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
  • Competitor Analysis
    • Monitor competitors' activities and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
