F&B Operations Manager

Get Golfing CIO, a sports charity organization, is seeking an experienced F&B Hospitality Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. As an F&B Hospitality Supervisor, you will ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction, working closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train F&B staff to provide a high standard of service to customers.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues effectively and in a timely manner, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, with a strong understanding of operations and customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
