  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
