Sales Enablement Strategist

The Sales Enablement Specialist, Senior plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing Sales Training Programs for NetJets Europe. Collaborating closely with the NJE Organization Development area, this role ensures alignment and empowers the Sales Team to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop comprehensive training solutions in partnership with Sales Management and NJE Organisational Development (OD) team.
- Analyse knowledge and skills gaps to increase performance and develop refresher courses to maintain peak performance.
- Work with Global Enablement teams to develop globally led initiatives and ensure successful execution across the NJE Sales function.
- Develop and deliver train-the-trainer programs to equip internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Implement development solutions and manage the Sales Training budget to maximise return on investment.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team to ensure consistent pitch and understanding across all regions.
- Minimum 5 years' sales training experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with senior management in a corporate setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in developing learning materials using different design and facilitation tools and software.
- Bachelor's in Management or Marketing.

- Minimum 5 years' sales training experience.
