About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Lead to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will be responsible for crafting and developing enablement programs to support Sales initiatives. You will partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to define their enablement roadmap to help transform our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA Sales enablement strategy, working closely with regional leaders and sales teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs, coaching materials, and standardized templates to improve the quality of customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with EMEA leadership to capture feedback and iterate programs as needed.
  • Implement and lead training initiatives end-to-end, leveraging strong program management skills.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships across the business, leveraging proven track record of collaboration and communication.
  • Analyze data to inform program optimization and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying strategic problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
