Position Summary:

We are seeking a Store Supervisor who excels in sales and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in KPI analysis, staff management, visual merchandising, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales initiatives and manage store operations effectively.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to drive sales growth.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment with an approachable demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in luxury or fashion retail, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional sales performance.
  • Experience in managing store operations and visual merchandising.
  • Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.

Compensation:
