Position Overview

Are you a meticulous and organized individual with a strong commitment to facilitating transformative initiatives? Join InterQuest Group's innovative team as a Change Management Lead and take on a pivotal role in assisting our Change Director to ensure the effectiveness of our strategic programs.

Role Objective:

In the capacity of Change Management Lead, you will collaborate with the Change Director in overseeing the program by employing various tools, comprehensive reporting, and orchestrating essential meetings, analytics, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Assistance: Support the Change Director in the administration of the program.
  • Reporting Oversight: Ensure comprehensive reporting, acting as the primary source of truth for program data related to benefits, decisions, financials, governance, planning, resources, and risks.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize critical meetings and discussions, including regular Executive Steering Committee sessions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Manage analytics and reporting, and formulate recommendations to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Ad Hoc Evaluations: Perform ad hoc evaluations to support the overall transformation and specific workstreams or projects.
  • Resource Coordination: Maintain essential resource plans and facilitate or escalate resource allocation and prioritization decisions.
  • Executive Collaboration: Serve as a deputy and strategic partner at the Director and Executive levels.
  • Special Projects: Engage in special projects and responsibilities as necessary to meet business requirements or departmental goals.
