Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead to join our team at Sanderson, a leading Financial Services organisation. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will play a critical role in supporting the COO and Transformation Director on high-impact transformation projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Transformation Director in managing the programme, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of transformation initiatives.
  • Status Reporting: Maintain overall status reporting, serving as the single programme-level source of truth for data on benefits, decisions, finance, governance, plan, resource, and risk.
  • Prepare key meetings and discussions, including weekly Executive Steering Committee meetings, to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • Analytics and Reports: Maintain analytics and reports, and prepare recommendations to support decision-making, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support the transformation overall and individual workstreams or projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain critical resource plans and facilitate/escalate resource and prioritisation decisions, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as required to support business needs or departmental objectives, driving business success and growth.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in programme management, transformation, and change management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in programme management tools and technologies.
