The Workday Change & Comms Lead will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering and tracking change management deliverables including communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organisational readiness analysis and change reinforcement for a Workday Implementation for a global organisation.

What you'll be doing:
  • Setting and managing the Change Management Strategy across the HR Transformation programme unpinned by Workday.
  • Designing and building all change management artefacts including communications to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with business, HR and programme stakeholders.
  • Driving the senior leaders and wider organisation through the change management process.
  • Understand touchpoints and processes impacted by the Workday implementation across all regions.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure all operational dependencies and impacts are understood and mitigated.
  • Support with capacity planning to ensure resource availability and allocation across all markets.
  • Perform risk management across the change management workstream to minimise project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
