Role Overview: As the Event Management Lead , you will play a pivotal role in the execution of events, ensuring flawless operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will guide a skilled team and work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to produce events that embody our unique and vibrant ethos. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of event coordinators, culinary professionals, and service personnel.

  • Supplier and Vendor Relations:
    • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and venues.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure optimal terms and services.
    • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all supplies and services related to events.
  • Logistics and Operations Management:
    • Oversee the logistics of event setup, execution, and dismantling.
    • Coordinate transportation, equipment, and staffing needs.
    • Address any challenges that arise during events and implement effective solutions.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning journey.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Collect feedback post-event and implement enhancements for future occasions.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and report on event profitability.
    • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.

  • Demonstrated experience in event management, ideally within the catering or hospitality sector.
