Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to deliver excellent patient care.
- Participate in service planning and business development activities, contributing to the growth and improvement of our mental health services.
- Collaborate with local managers and professional colleagues to ensure the efficient running of services and share best practices with consultant colleagues.
- Undertake administrative duties associated with patient care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
