About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our coffee shops and restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to inspire and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and food quality.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our coffee shops and restaurants, ensuring seamless execution of menu offerings and promotions.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive loyalty and retention.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric initiatives.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through menu innovation, promotions, and partnerships.
    • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in food operations management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Professional qualification in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business management.
