Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Queen at Chester Hotel, Premier Collection By Best Western.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that our restaurant and bar areas are prepared for service to the highest standard, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times.
  • Act as an ambassador for our hotels, providing outstanding customer service and upholding our brand reputation.
  • Assist in driving revenue growth by providing support to the team and deputising in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Deliver memorable and personalised service to all guests, with a focus on exceptional food experiences.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the Food and Beverage industry, with a desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment.
  • An authentic and passionate approach to leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best.
  • The ability to foster a positive and inclusive culture within the team, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data and reports.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
