Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Waiting Team Member at Alvaston Hall. As a key member of our Hospitality department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including food and beverage options, to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
