Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our hotel's services and amenities to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.
