Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of customers from the sales team to the final delivery of their leased vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and Delivery Management:
    • Verify sales orders before placing orders with suppliers.
    • Communicate with customers to guide them through finance documentation.
    • Coordinate the delivery of vehicles once finance documents are completed and the vehicle is in stock.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted post-delivery for timely payments.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle PCN notices and communicate relevant charges and admin fees to customers.
    • Manage end-of-contract collections, part exchanges, and ensure correct stocking platform placement.
    • Facilitate off-hire processes where customers wish to buy the vehicle post-lease.
    • Manage chassis profit invoicing, ensuring all invoices are raised promptly.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using Phoenix and other relevant software systems.
