Job Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our business growth by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. This individual will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails, investigating and responding to customer complaints, and supporting the Order entry team with updates on orders and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Support the Order entry team with updates on orders and customer issues
  • Review sales data to identify target opportunities for our account managers
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance our customer service

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Highly computer literate across Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a flexible attitude
