Sales Support Coordinator

At Brammer Buck & Hickman, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team by processing and managing orders, generating quotations, and dealing with customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Generating quotations and following up with customers to secure new business opportunities.
- Dealing with customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Researching and reporting on potential new business opportunities to support the sales team.
- Assisting in the management and production of performance reports to track sales performance.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team as required.
Requirements and skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 is desirable but not essential.
